How to Create a New Account for Buyers
1. Go to Rentallthings.com
2. On the top right hand corner, click on
Login / Sign Up
3. Then, click on
Not Registered Yet
4. Fill in the relevant information to create a new account
5. Login with the account credentials you just created
How to Sign Up as a Seller
1. Go to Rentallthings.com
2. On the top right hand corner, click on
Login / Sign Up
3. Then, click on
Not Registered Yet
4. Fill in the relevant information to create a new account
5. Login with the account credentials you just created
6. Click on your profile picture and then click on DASHBOARD
7. Find the dropdown button that says BUYER and choose SELLER
8. Fill out your basic business details such as Business name and contact information
9. Click on the dropdown button above to choose SELLER option again
10. Click on CREATE A SHOP
11. Fill out your business details as accurately as possible
How to place a Rental Order
1. Go to Rentallthings.com
2. Create a buyer account if you don't already have one
3. Click on the Home Icon to get back to the website
4. Scroll through the website and categories to find the right product for you
5. Click on the product and a new page will open
6. Scroll down and to rent out the product click on the check box next to the price
7. Then choose rental dates as per your need.
8. Once selected, click on RENT NOW
9. This will add the product into your cart
10. You can check out by clicking on GO TO YOUR CART
11. Review your order and choose Pickup or Shipping and click on CHECKOUT
12. Click on SELECT PICKUP for all the products and confirm PICKUP LOCATION if needed
13. Otherwise choose One way or Two way shipping as needed.
14. Click on CONTINUE
15. Read and accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and Sign in the box
16. Click on SUBMIT
17. Choose your preferred option of Payment and completed the order
How to add Products to your Seller Account
1. Go to Rentallthings.com
2. On the top right hand corner, click on
Login / Sign Up
3. Login with your account credentials
4. Make sure that account is set to
Seller from the drop down button on the dashboard
5. On the right hand side, below your profile picture, click on
ADD NEW PRODUCTS
6. Fill out the product details as requested
7. Under Brands you can just choose
GENERAL if you find your specific brand
8.
Type in the name of the Category that is relevant from the following choices:
EARTH MOVING, 9. MATERIAL HANDLING, CONCRETE, INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT, TRAILERS, MAN LIFTS, GENERATORS/WELDING, MACHINE ATTACHMENTS
10. Under TAX CATEGORIES, press 0 and then choose the relevant option
11. Click on
Save and Next on the bottom right hand side
12. Fill out the rest of the information as necessary
13. Fill in the Equipment Protection Fee (Insurance costs)
14. Fill in TIME BETWEEN RENTALS which means how much buffer time should be there between two rental periods, to do equipment cleaning and maintenance.
15. Then you will be able to see your product available on the website
How to make a withdrawal to your Pay Pal Account
1. Once an order has been completed and the product has been returned or shipped(if sale order), the Seller will be able to withdraw their money into their PayPal accounts.
2. Go to Rentallthings.com
3. On the top right hand corner, click on Login / Sign Up
4. Login with your account credentials
5. If you are in the seller dashboard then scroll down from your left hand side
6. Under PROFILE, click on MY CREDITS
7. You will see your available balance here
8. Click on dropdown button which says BANK PAYOUT
9. Choose PayPal Payout and Click on WITHDRAW
10. A new section will emerge. Enter the amount you want to withdraw along with the email address your PayPal account is connected to.
11. Please make sure to verify your email address as payments sent cannot be reversed.
12. Click on Save
13. The admin will either approve or deny your request and this might take a business day.
What is Equipment Protection Fee
It covers insurance costs for the equipment that is being rented out. It is billed directly by the Seller and not RentAllThings.com.
